The European DIGITAL SME Alliance invites SMEs to apply to the DIGITAL SME awards that will recognise solutions and initiatives having a positive impact on three main areas:
- Digital skills category: It celebrates exceptional projects, stories, and initiatives that promote digital skills in Europe. Some of the examples include education and training on digital skills, digital and media literacy, and up-skilling and re-skilling of the workforce.
- Green category: It recognizes digital SMEs that provide digital solutions with a positive climate impact, supporting the twin transition. Successful solutions examples include Smart Energy Management Systems, Smart Mobility Solutions, and Precision Farming Solutions.
- Digital Society category: It highlights the power of digital in fostering social well-being and inclusiveness, recognizing SMEs that have made a positive societal impact through their digital solutions. Examples of such impact include gender equality promotion within the workforce, ethical data practices, local and/or regional development, and community empowerment.
The deadline for applications is 29 October 2023!
All submitted digital solutions will be featured in the exclusive digital catalogue. A jury will select the most impactful submissions, which will get the chance to join the DIGITAL SME summit on 13 November 2023 in Brussels and join the awards ceremony. Travel and accommodation expenses will be offered by DIGITAL SME. Awarded companies will get a one-year membership to the European Digital Innovators Club – providing access to exclusive funding and networking opportunities.
